GENERAL

  • Yes. We must be contacted 48 hours prior to any scheduled booking date. Neglecting to contact us will result in a late fee (25% of scheduled service total cost).

  • Each of our service bookings require a service contract / agreement to be signed and dated in order to confirm booking. This agreement is a document stating the terms and conditions of the service, pricing, copyrights, and more. We provide this agreement for you and for us.

  • No, you do not. VISUALASAD has full legal ownership and copyright over all photos, videos, and other media produced by us even if you purchase it. We watermark all our media to prevent theft and accept accountability for all media products purchased or sold through our domain.

  • Yes, we are. Our team has various qualifications, including, but not limited to, a B.S. of Marketing from an accredited university and various design certificates.

    We do not outsource any of our work and have committed to excellence in this industry for about 4 years professionally, and 7 years total.

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds at this time. If you are unhappy with your service or end product, we offer revisions and are more than happy to re-attempt to gain your satisfaction.

 

LIFESTYLE PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY

  • Most of our bookings are custom packages built after discussing the needs of our clients.

    Every booking includes:

    • Consultation to discuss your vision

    • Mood board to align editing and posing expectations

    • Professional editing

    • A la carte business print options

    • Models optional for upgraded package

    • Revisions

  • We are a mobile photography service — This means our photoshoots happen everywhere. We partner with local studios and charge a fee if a client requests; however, most clients prefer some sort of scenery, as it often better displays lifestyle aesthetics.

  • No, you do not. We eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focus shots, shots with bad expressions, and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery. We like to provide images that reflect the quality we deliver.

  • All our clients receive digital images via Pixieset — An online private portfolio with secure and exclusive access for clients and guests.

  • There are different factors that dictate how long a photography session can last but in general, photoshoots last from 30 minutes up to 3 hours.

  • Your digital delivery time will depend on a variety of factors, such as: revisions, number of photos taken, type of photoshoot, etc.

    Typically, our clients receive their photos within 1-2 weeks of the booking date.

  • We provide options for you if you’d like models in your photoshoot. Your options are discussed with you during the consultation call, and are as follows:

    1. We outsource models — You only pay their rate(s), [typically agreed upon between us and them] + a small flat rate outsourcing fee of $20 USD per model.

    2. You provide models — You only pay their requested rate(s), typically agreed upon between you and them.

  • Yes, we do.

    We understand some businesses would rather tag our social handle instead of having a watermark on all their photos (typically also used for social media and sites). We provide you the option to pay the “ghost fee” of $0.50 USD per image to remove our watermark.

 

LOGO DESIGN

  • Every logo design request comes with:

    • Unlimited Revisions throughout the booking

    • Social media kit

    • Stationery / merch design

  • From start to finish, the overall process can take between 3 to 10 days to complete. The time frame varies due to revisions, requests, etc.

  • We deliver your logo to you via .Zip file to the email we have on file for you.

    That .Zip file will contain 4 folders:

    • Logo Brand Guide

    • Social Media Kit

    • High-Res files

    • Stationery/Merch Kit

 

LIFESTYLE PRODUCT VIDEOS

  • Most of our bookings are custom packages built after discussing the needs of our clients.

    Every booking includes:

    • Consultation to discuss your vision

    • Story board to align script and video-style expectations

    • Sound (Song of choice + Sound FX)

    • Actors optional for upgraded package

    • 2 Revisions

  • We outsource our voice-overs. This means you only pay an outsourcing fee of $25 USD + their rate.

  • We won’t be able to hire Natalie Portman, but we do outsource our actors, if need be.

    Here are your options:

    • We outsource actors — You only pay their rate(s), [typically agreed upon between us and them] + a small flat rate outsourcing fee of $25 USD per actor.

    • You provide actors — You only pay their requested rate(s), typically agreed upon between you and them.

  • Yes, as long as the text is provided or confirmed post-revision, we may add text to your video.

  • Typically, the editing and revising part of the video process takes about 2 weeks. Depending on the length of the video, it may take less time.

  • Each project is different — However, it is typical of product videos to be between 20 seconds to 1.5 minute(s).

 

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

  • Each package is custom-made per client, as each client has different needs:

    • Page setup

    • Action plan

    • Strategic hashtag bundle

    • Custom branded posts

    • Copywritten captions

    • *Social Media Calendar Template available as an add-on

  • For right now, we only provide content for Instagram.

    This includes posts, stories, and reels. We understand how important other platforms may be for businesses, such as TikTok.

  • All bookings start off as a 1 month content package; however, if you feel like you will want/need 3 or 6 months of content, you can renew your contract for the next term.
